Workplace Violence & Harassment Prevention

What is Workplace Violence?

Workplace Violence is any attempted or actual physical force in the workplace that causes or could cause physical injury.

Workplace Harassment is engaging in any course of comment or conduct against a worker in a workplace that is known to be unwelcome.

This course meets OHSA requirments including information on "Bill 168". Upon completion you will be able to understand and better respond to workplace violence and harassment.

By June 15, 2010 every workplace in Ontario was to have this training in place.
