Injuries in the office are more commonplace than people realize. Back injuries from improper lifting, and slips, trips, and falls account for more injuries than any other actions.

Unsafe habits such as leaving wires or cords loose, or neglecting maintenance can cause serious injuries. Also, improper positioning while working at a computer or doing repetitive work can result in musculoskeletal disorders.

This course focuses on working safely by developing good safety habits, and avoiding hazards that can injure a worker.
