Due Diligence is important as a legal defense for each person charged under Occupational Health and Safety legislation.

The employer must train supervisors and managers to ensure they are competent persons, as required by law.

This course meets OH&S Act competency requirements for managers and supervisors. Upon completion, participants will have a thorough understanding of the following:
